We are grateful to have met with our town leadership and for their time earlier today. It was a thoughtful and productive conversation. We also spoke with state officials in the ACCD, who confirmed that the Resort did comply with current state protocols for events.
While we tried to comply with all guidelines, we agree that we need to further enhance adherence to both the town and state protocols. We understand the concerns and will make every effort to reassure the community with added layers of protection moving forward. We are committed to full compliance with both State and local protocols.
At the Woodstock Inn & Resort, all event programming including weddings, family gatherings, and meetings follow the guidelines set forth by the State of Vermont’s Agency of Commerce and Community Development (ACCD). The Resort’s executives have been in direct consultation with state officials for clarification and approvals on many key points in the process. In addition, we have implemented measures above and beyond these guidelines to support a safer event environment.
