Legacy Suites
Each Legacy Suite is designed with luxurious contemporary comforts and heritage touches defined by the history of the people who helped shape Woodstock. Each suite encompasses a master bedroom and a parlor including a pull out sofa additional seating and wet bar for entertaining.
The Arthur Wilder Suite Pays homage to the visionary manager of the Woodstock Inn from 1897 to 1935. Among the first people to promote Vermont’s appeal as a winter destination, he was also a gifted painter and his artwork adorns the Suite as well as other parts of our New England resort. This room is not pet-friendly.
The Frederick Billings Suite Celebrates this native Vermonter known for his work as a lawyer, railroad builder, and pioneer in scientific farm management and reforestation with a display of beautiful photographs of regional farms and streams as well as pictures of the Billings family. This room is not pet-friendly.
The George P. Marsh Suite Commemorates this pioneering conservationist, whose efforts helped restore the deforested mountains in the region that is now the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historic Park. This room is not pet-friendly.
Laurance's Study Guests step into a suite of rooms that reflect Laurance Rockefeller’s private study at the nearby Mansion. Furnished in dark woods and paneled walls, this supremely comfortable suite features a wet bar, separate powder room, energy-efficient electric fireplace, and books stacked throughout as Laurance did in his office and home. This room is not pet-friendly.
Kelly Way Gardens Suite ~ Pet Friendly The only pet-friendly suite, guests will enjoy supreme comfort with easy access to the pet area. The artwork focuses on rolling landscapes and agriculture with a unique farm quilt wall hanging. Plush king bedding invites you to relax and a separate room with a pullout sofa offers space to enjoy a comfortable lounge. This room is pet-friendly.
