Walking Tours
Enjoy the beautiful historic village and surrounding area by way of your own two feet! Woodstock is a wonderful walking village and pathways will give you a tour of town, or take a trail to the local hiking spots. If you're not sure where to start, our Resort Activity Center offers guided tours, or can point you in the direction of some favorite trails.
Ottauquechee River Trail
The newest walking path in Woodstock showcases unmet views of the Ottauquechee River, park picnic spots, and a beautiful outdoor amphitheater featuring artful stone masonry. Take the 3-mile Ottauquechee River Trail that begins at East End park for a family-friendly riverside stroll.
Billings Farm Walking Trail
The Walking Trail at Billings Farm is a gentle one mile loop through the farm field and along the picturesque Ottauquechee River that flows through the village of Woodstock, Vermont.
Begin along the pastures to say hi to the animals as you stroll by the fences. Continue to the riveside pathway with some water access points and picnic spots. Loop back towards the farm and enjoy the wide view of the barns and gardens as you walk by the flowers and vegetables.
Family Friendly Ghost Tours
In the Village of Woodstock, allow our guide to take you along our beautiful Main Street and learn about ghosts of the past and the history of our quaint town. National Park Walking Tours
