Public Wagon Rides

Available at Billings Farm & Museum during select times or at special events. Rides are sometimes tractor-drawn due to conditions and animal safety. Rides are approximately 10 minutes long and included with general admission to Billings Farm & Museum.

Private Wagonette Rides

Take a horse-drawn carriage ride through the picturesque forests within Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park. Beginning at Billings Farm & Museum, the journey follows the scenic carriage roads around the Pogue and ascends to the Overlook on Mt. Tom. Enjoy breathtaking vistas of the surrounding mountains and the charming town of Woodstock. The tour meanders through dense forests, past babbling brooks, along sweeping fields, all surrounded by natural beauty and rich history.

Horse-Drawn Sleigh Rides

Enjoy an old-fashioned horse-drawn sleigh ride through the beautiful fields of Billings Farm & Museum in winter on select days December – February. Sleigh rides are weather permitting. Private sleigh rides are available for booking from December – March. Booking opens on November 1.

Guests of the Woodstock Inn & Resort receive free admission to Billings Farm & Museum. Sleigh ride cost is in addition to general admission.
