Vermont Institute of Natural Science - VINS
In nearby Quechee, Vermont the Vermont Institute of Natural Science (VINS) is an incredible resource for nature lovers, and especially birders. Large wild bird exhibits (over 40 raptor enclosures and a songbird aviary) and naturalist programs go in-depth for education and conservation. VINS includes a wild bird rescue and rehab facility that helps injured or sick animals with professional care, with the goal of reintroduction to the wild.
