POSTPONED: Sheep Shearing & Herding

Watch herdsman Jim McRae’s team of Border Collies herding sheep in the farm fields during narrated programs each day. Each day the farm’s Southdown ewes will be sheared for spring, and spinning and carding demonstrations will highlight the skills needed to turn fleece into yarn.

Hands-on wool craft activities, such as wool bracelet-making and felted bookmark-making will be available for all ages! In the Learning Kitchen, sample sheep’s milk products.

Admission to Billings Farm & Museum is included for Woodstock Inn Guests.
