Get your morning moving with this 30-minute Yoga H.I.I.T. class with Amanda! Start and finish with a yoga warm-up and cool down. Challenge yourself with Tabata yoga moves of 20 seconds work, and 10 seconds of rest - it's 4 minutes of work, and a lot of fun!
