Join us for a cozy culinary evening in Richardson's Tavern! Our Night of Cassoulet will feature a 3-course dinner with wine pairings prepared by Executive Chef Matthew McClure. Award-winning food and travel writer Sylvie Bigar who recently wrote Cassoulet Confessions (the book that inspired Chef's cassoulet recipe!) will join as a guest speaker and co-host the event. 

$95 per person (+ tax & gratuity). Includes dinner, wine, and a copy of "Cassoulet Confessions."
Cancellation Policy: 48 hours prior to dinner. No-shows will be subject to full charge.
