Events at Our Vermont Retreat

The Woodstock Inn & Resort is eager to host conferences and events both large and small. From family reunions to corporate retreats, our Vermont facilities offer everything you need and more. Whether your event is for 20 or 300, we have the space you are looking for - indoors or out.

The Woodstock Ballroom

The largest function room at the Woodstock Inn & Resort, the Ballroom can accommodate up to 250 guests. The Ballroom can also be broken down into three smaller rooms that will accommodate up to 85 people each. This rooms opens up to a beautiful slated floor foyer with built-in bars for receptions. 2,730 square feet.

Garden Terrace

Enjoy your meeting with a spectacular view of the gardens of the Woodstock Inn & Resort. The Garden Terrace can hold up to 50 guests, who will also have access to the outdoor terrace. 1,364 square feet.

Wilder Room

Unlike the board room at the office, this stately meeting room offers a range of seating options, allowing your meetings to be as productive as possible. The Wilder Room can host up to 25 guests. 675 square feet.

The Garden Parlor

For a more intimate setting, the Garden Parlor seats up to 20 people. They will be able to enjoy their meeting with a view of the gardens, seen through large windows that are throughout the room. 483 square feet.

Rockefeller Room

The Rockefeller Room is a beautiful setting with expansive windows overlooking the south lawn courtyard. This lovely venue may be just what you envisioned in Vermont. This room can host up to 150 guests.

Parlor Room

The Parlor Room offers a quaint meeting space that has similar décor to our guestrooms. This room can host up to 20 guests. 450 square feet.

Golf Club Ballroom

If you want a more casual event or an expansive meeting space, the Golf Club Ballroom fits the bill. This ballroom offers a unique ambiance for your meeting or event overlooking our award winning golf course. This facility includes an outdoor deck area for coffee breaks and receptions. This room can host up to 150 guests. 2,364 Square feet.

South Garden

Step on to our South Garden area which is the courtyard located immediately outside backside of the Inn. This meticulously manicured lawn is surrounded by beautiful seasoned gardens and trees. This area can accommodate up to 300 people with or without a tent. It is an incredible choice for an outdoor event.

Front Garden

The Front Lawn serves as a magnificent setting for a luncheon or reception featuring twelve foot hedges, our white picket fence gate, and beautiful oak trees with our Inn as a back drop.

Billings Farm & Museum

Part of our Woodstock Foundation, Billings Farm & Museum is minutes away from the Inn and offers a spectacular backdrop for an outdoor tented event for up to 225 guests. The beautifully appointed working farm along with the original barns and farm houses makes this choice a true Vermont experience of yesteryear. Billings also offers an indoor option for a small group of up to 60 people.

Suicide Six Lodge

Our fabled ski area, Suicide Six, offers a more laid back lodge experience for both an indoor and outdoor event. The lodge can be used during the spring, summer, and fall for weddings, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, or a brunch. With views of the ski mountain out the picture glass windows or rolling hill vistas from the outside deck and lawn including an indoor and outdoor fireplace, the lodge atmosphere allows for a very private event completely away from it all, yet minutes from the Inn. This venue can accommodate up to 300 guests.

The Cabin on Mt. Tom

Want to rough it? Minutes away are our own log cabin on Mt. Tom. Indoors it is a small venue with picnic tables and a wood-burning stove. Outside you can have a large group enjoying a beautiful field and an incredible landscape of forest resting on the Marsh Billings Rockefeller National Park. Great for an all-American cook out!
